大连理工大学硕士学位论文格式规范 经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 PAGE - - 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘 要 在全球经济高速发展的同时，环境污染、资源枯竭、生态失衡等问题日趋严重，环境问题已影响到经济的运行质量和可持续发展能力。银行业作为经济体系的核心，其发展必然会受到环境问题的影响，因此银行业开展以“绿色信贷”为主题的改革和创新成为历史必然。在这种背景下，我国商业银行应通过在金融信贷领域设立环境准入门槛，控制高耗能、高污染行业的资金来源，进而改变运用银行资金盲目扩张、无序发展环保风险行业的局面，以信贷的“绿化”为契机，构建起有效的绿色信贷机制，实现经济的可持续发展。 本文以绿色信贷为出发点。通过介绍绿色信贷的概念和理论基础让人们对绿色信贷有更深入的了解。介绍了荷兰银行成功实施绿色信贷的创新案例以及对我国商业银行开展绿色信贷业务有所启发。从五个方面对工商银行实施绿色信贷业务进行分析，指出实施过程中出现的问题并进行总结。最后对银行业更好的实施绿色信贷业务提出建议。 关键词：商业银行；工商银行；绿色信贷；可持续发展 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 Abstract With the soaring of the global economy, environmental problems, such as pollution, exhaustion of resources and ecological unbalance and etc., have been becoming increasingly serious, thus severely affect the quality and sustainable development of economy. Bank, the core of economy system, cannot escape such effect. Consequently, it is necessary for bank to carry out the innovation with the theme of green-credit policy. Under_ such background, China commercial banks should construct long term environment-protecting credit mechanism through setting up environment access in the field of financial credit, controlling the sources of funds for the high-consuming and high polluting business lines and carrying out green-credit policy, in order to achieve the economical sustainable development. This article starts with green credit. This paper introduces the concept and rationale of green credit to give people more insight into green credit. This paper introduces the innovation case of the successful implementation of the green credit by abn amro bank and the development of green credit business for commercial Banks in China. This paper analyzes the green credit operations of icbc from five aspects, points out the problems arising in the implementation and summarizes them.
