经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 浅析微博的民意表达效力 ——以新浪微博为例 摘要 在我国，微博作为一种新兴的的言论表达平台近几年才逐渐被人们广泛利用。它具有传播速度快、传播范围广、全民参与程度高、自发性强、等特点。正由于以上诸多特性，微博也成为了又一条民众谏言，表达民意的途径。我国作为人民民主专政的国家，人民当家作主是我国公民的权利，一切权力属于人民是我国人民代表大会制度的核心内容。所以民意表达途径的畅通对于国家建设和社会安定等方面都是很重要的。很多政府部门也根据这一现象，大力开设微博平台，畅通谏言途径途径。 本文以新浪微博为例，调查研究民众通过微博表达民意这一途径的实际效果。通过对该微博运行特点、实际案例、参与程度等的研究，得出我国微博表达民意的效果，特点。本文意在了解民众表达民意过程中的诸方面考虑，从而可以促使政府广开言路，健全谏言途径。 关键词：民意表达；途径；微博 Abstract In China, weibo (MicroBlog), as a new platform for expressing, has not been widely taken advantage of until recently. It features as high speed and wide range of transmission, high participation of the public and a strong spontaneity and so on, which all enable it to become an approach via which the public opinions, as well as public wish can be delivered. As a state of peoples democratic dictatorship, that people are the masters is the fundamental interest of our citizens, and that all power belongs to the people is the core idea of our System of Peoples Congresses. Therefore, to ensure the accessibility of the expressing channel for the will of public is pivotal for both state-building and social stability. In line with this, some state sectors actively set up their weibo (MicroBlog), trying to offer a barrier-free platform for public expressing. By examining the function, cases and participation, this article, through the case of weibo (MicroBlog) of , will be inspecting the actual effect as well as the special characteristics of this public expressing approach. Also, the article aims to learn about the aspects that are involved during the public expressing process, thus to advise the state to encourage the freedom of speech as well as to perfect the expostulation system.
