In Abstract communication is the lifeblood of the organization, effective communication on organizational efficiency, orderly operation has an important influence, especially plays an irreplaceable role in social transformation and the change of enterprise. Qingdao COSCO logistics company human resource communication was expounded, points out the necessity and significance of studying the problem, research methods and ideas to clarify this paper, points out the emphasis and difficulty of this paper. The second chapter introduces the present situation of human resource management of communication Qingdao COSCO Logistics Co., ltd.. The third chapter is the correlation analysis and suggestions on the construction of company human resource communication system. From the organization Environment, organization, communicate three dimension flow, by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis, analysis of company restructuring disorder causes and put forward some countermeasures for the company in the process of the reform of human resource management and recycling of communication system.
