It borders on Southeast Asia . As the Guangxi industry agriculture foundation of discussing object, in order to grasp the pattern of the world economy and promote the optimization of Chinas agricultural exports, especially in Guangxi as an example, this article arises at the historic moment. In this paper, this range to investigate the export of agricultural products in Guangxi is confronted with the problem and put forward solutions and countermeasures, in order to promote the overall optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Guangxi from the agricultural exports of agricultural products in Guangxi to reflect on the discussion of its overall economic structure, promote the agriculture growth of Guangxi, increase the economic income of Guangxi, promote the urban development of Guangxi and the development of Chinas agricultural products trade. Keywords: The New Normal; Export trade; Agricultural products 引言 广西位于“一带一路”的发展枢纽，毗邻东南亚各国，尤其与越南、泰国、老挝保持密切频繁的进出口贸易，大多为农产品交易，盛产亚热带水果，药物产品，农作物等，依靠“一带一路”的国家政策，享受国家“一带一路”的补贴优惠，进出口优惠。1978年12月十一届三中全会上正式提出对内改革、对外开放的国家政策，自改革开放以来，广西积极引进先进技术弥补不足，出口产品让中国生产、中国制造走向国际，广西在体验着改革开放带来的好处同时开始反思在进出口中面临的问题。 本文就如何在新常态下顺应时代潮流，响应国家政策：进行产业的优化升级让广西农产品更好的更优质的走向世界，平衡供求关系，加强对内农产品出口贸易产业链的优化，提高对外贸易的质量和水平，扩大农产品贸易出口的市场份额。 一、广西农产品出口面临的新常态 1.一带一路 2015年3月28号国家发改委等联合发布了“一带一路”发展策略，即为“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”。丝绸之路是古代中国经济繁荣的象征，古代中国通过丝绸之路与外国进行贸易往来和合作。积淀了以和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、合作共赢为核心的丝绸之路精神。在中国现提倡“中国梦”的今天，传承古老丝绸之路精神，在全球化的经济发展现状下，复兴繁荣中国，广西位于一带一路发展枢纽，此发展策略的提出给广西带来机遇和挑战。 2.供给侧改革 经济稳定讲求供给和需求的平衡，广西贸易发展现出现高端产品供给不足，中低端产品供给过大，造成产品的滞销影响下一年新一季的农作物播
