经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 薪酬公平与薪酬满意度关系研究 摘要 本此研究目的在于调查薪酬公平与薪酬满意度之间的关系,此研究采用开放式问卷的方式,总共收集了245名在职员工薪酬公平感和薪酬满意度的数据,调查了当前我国员工薪酬公平感、薪酬满意度的基本情况。本次研究将从三个方面来分析薪酬公平,一是个人公平,二是人际公平,三是信息公平;将从四个方面分析薪酬满意度,分别为薪酬水平、薪酬管理制度、薪酬的晋升机制和福利待遇。在收集的问卷数据基础上从不同角度分析薪酬公平与薪酬满意度二者存在的相互联系。分析结果表明:薪酬公平各维度均与薪酬满意度的四个维度之间呈正向高度相关的关系,然后根据研究分析,对结果进行总结并提出相关的建议与对策。同时,本次调查研究不仅为企业提高员工的薪酬公平感和薪酬满意度、制度薪酬制度提供了参考,帮助企业留住人才和民心,也为员工了解薪酬公平对满意度的影响提供依据。 关键词:薪酬公平;薪酬满意度;相关关系 Research on the Relationship between Pay Equity and Pay Satisfaction Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between pay equity and pay satisfaction, this study adopted an open-ended questionnaire and collected a total of 245 employees’ pay equity and pay satisfaction data, investigated the current situation of employees’ pay equity and salary satisfaction in China. This study will analyze pay equity from three aspects: first, individual fairness, second, interpersonal fairness, and third, information fairness; The salary satisfaction level will be analyzed from four aspects: salary level, salary management system, salary promotion mechanism and benefits. Based on the collected questionnaire data, the interrelationships between salary equality and salary satisfaction are analyzed from different perspectives. The analysis results show that: all dimensions of pay equity are positively correlated with the four dimensions of pay satisfaction, then based on the research analysis, the results are summarized and relevant suggestions and countermeasures are proposed. At the same time, this survey and study not only provides a reference for companies to improve employees’ pay equity, pay satisfaction, and system of compensation, helping companies retain talent and the peoples hearts, but also provides evidence for employees to understand the impact of pay equity on satisfaction.
