加入 WTO 后我国企业的技术创新策略 论文作者：朱望 摘 要:企业技术创新是指由技术的新构想，经过研究开发或技术组合，到获得 实际应用，并产生经济、社会效益的商业化全过程的活动。加强企业技术创新 是企业自身生存和发展的必然选择，是我国实现经济增长方式转变的必然途 径，是我国实行科教兴国战略的重要组成部分。随着改革的不断深入，特别是 我国加入WTO后，国外企业进入中国市场，市场竞争日益激烈，我国企业特别 是国有企业要想在竞争中获得发展就必须提高企业技术创新能力，提高企业核 心竞争力。本文在企业技术创新相关基本概念解析的基础上，对我国加入WTO 后加强企业技术创新的必要性进行了论述，分析了我国企业技术创新的现状， 并针对性的提出了一些建议。 关键词:企业 技术创新 战略 Abstract: The enterprise technique innovation mean from the technical new speculation， it is an commercial activity to attain actual application， produce economical and social performance ，through the technique research ， technique development and technique combination. Strengthening the enterprise technique innovation is the inevitable choice of the enterprise self existence and development， the inevitable path that our country realize the economy increasing change， the important part of the “science and education strong our country” strategy. Along with the thorough reform， especially after our country joined the WTO， the foreign enters the civil market， market the competition more hard， our enterprise， especially the state-owned enterprise which want to exist and acquire development must improve the ability of technique innovation and core competence. This paper analyzes the importance of the technique innovation on foundation of the basic concept analysis， put forward some suggestions aimed at the curr ent enterprise technique innovation. Keywords: enterprise; technique innovation; strategy 一、企业技术创新相关基本概念解析 （一）技术创新的概念 技术创新是指由技术的新构想，经过研究开发或技术组合，到获得实际应用， 并产生经济、社会效益的商业化全过程的活动。其中，“技术的新构想”指新 产品、新服务、新工艺的新构想；“技术组合”指将现有技术进行新的组合； “实际应用”指生产出新产品、提供新服务、采用新工艺或对产品、服务、工 艺的改进；“经济、社会效益”指近期或未来的利润、市场占有或社会福利 等；“商业化”指全部活动出于商业目的；“全过程”则指从新构想产生到获 得实际应用的全部过程。 （二）技术创新的类型 技术创新可以从不同的角度进行分类。一般而言对于技术创新的分类都是 根据创新对象、创新程度、创新来源等角度来进行分类。 1、按创新的对象分类 根据技术创新中创新对象的不同，技术创新可分为产品创新和工艺(过程) 创新。 产品创新是指在产品技术变化基础上进行的技术创新。按照产品技术变化量的 大小，产品创新又可细分为全新(重大)的产
