Now it has a complete media ecology, including radio, television, newspapers and new media. In the future, how should it make use of its own resources, strengthen management, improve management and improve communication efficiency? This paper has conducted a systematic study on it. This article takes Chen Balhus media as the main research object. Is contain three parts: introduction,text and conclusion. The introduction part mainly summarizes the research object, the reason and significance of the topic selection, the research method and the research situation.
