The combination of science technology and finance are aimed to accelerating scientific and technological innovation, organizing and appling financial capital and 25 social capital in technology-based enterprises. Financial system translate financial capital to industrial capital by means of investment, so it can provide powerful support to technological innovation. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of China’s Financial-technology development. We made correlation analysis and analysis of regression about the relation between science and technology of China’s technological innovation by SPSS. We 30 also raise some suggestions in terms of policy 、science management 、and finance reform. It can provide effective ways to solve financial-technology development problems.
