Learn to use the months properly. 三、 Teaching steps: warmer: Class begins, good morning, class? Good morning , Miss Xu. Today, we are going to learn some new words, they are all about birthday, now ,first , I would like you to think some words about it as many as you can, work in your group. Work in their groups and talk about birthday. Ok, class, who can say something about birthday? cake/ candle/ hat/?. You did a very good job. Now ,I have other words for you . Presentation: Please look at the cards and read after me. T: in---- v—i---t —a---tion, together, invitation. This line, please, read one by one. read it one by one? Good, let’s spell it, each student just spell one letter. Who want to have a try? Try one by one. This time , try to do it in your groups. The teacher teach other words like this. Practise: Today, you learn so many new words, let’s play a game with them, ok? Each one in your group stands for a word, if should quickly stand up and say it then spell it ,I Prepare in your group.. T: Try to read any one of the words S: stand up and spell.
