摘 要 摘 要 随着我国电力行业的不断发展，电力体制改革、市场化的逐步推进，电力企 业管理的合同种类越来越多、管理业务需求越来越繁复。电力公司内部急需开发 新一代的电力公司合同管理系统，全流程管控合同工作、有效降低运营风险、提 高效率。因此，本文提出对四川省电力公司合同管理系统的设计与实现。 本文首先介绍了课题的背景和意义，并且从查阅、修改、流转、决策四个方 面分析了国内外研究现状，确定了主要内容、方向以及论文的整体结构；从用户 角色、管理功能需要、安全性、数据流等方面分析了系统建设需求，系统的主要 功能需求包括合同起草、合同流转、合同执行、查询分析及系统管理等方面。系 统设计方面主要包含系统架构、安全保障、接口以及系统的功能模块设计，介绍 B/S JAVA 了为方便系统内数据互联互通选取 架构和 开发技术作为电力公司合同管 理系统的架构和语言，采用SQLServer 2012 来作为系统的数据库开发软件，并介 绍了合同起草、合同流转、合同执行、查询分析及系统管理五个关键模块的详细 设计过程，展现了以流程为核心，通过节点驱动控制流程推进的涉及过程，同时 展示了数据挖掘和共享性功能；系统实现方面，分模块介绍了系统各模块功能的 实现和完成情况；系统测试阶段，介绍测试环境的搭建和部署后，主要从功能和 性能两个角度开展测试，实现了对系统效果的全方位评估。 四川省电力公司合同管理系统的实现，运用于电力公司合同管理的实践过程 中，进一步实现了规范化、精益化管理，有效降低了运营管理风险，为同类企业 合同管理系统设计提供了可资借鉴的经验。 关键词：合同管理、数据互联、数据挖掘、共享性 I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With the continuous development of my countrys power industry and the gradual advancement ofpower system reform andmarketization,there aremore and more types of contracts managed by power companies and more and more complicated business management needs.
