I’mgratefulthatI’vebeengiventhisopportunity,atsuchahistoricmoment,tostandhereasaspokesmanofmygenerationandtotakeaseriouslookbackatthepast15years,acrucialperiodforeveryoneofusandforthisnationaswell. Thoughitisonlywithinmypowertotellaboutmypersonalexperience,andonlyatinyfragmentofitatthat,itstill represents,Ibelieve,therootofaspiritwhichhasbeenessentialtomeandtoallthepeoplebredbythepast15years. Inmyelementaryyears,therewasalittlegirlintheclasswhoworkedveryhardbutsomehowcouldneverdosatisfactorilyinherlessons.
