大班新手教师教育惩戒行为及其观念的个案研究 摘 要 近年来，教育惩戒愈发成为社会各界关注的热点问题。2017年青岛市政府 颁布的《青岛市中小学校管理办法》首次将教育 “惩戒”写入地方性法规。网络 上关于教育惩戒的热议引起了研究者的兴趣与思考：幼儿园教师对教育惩戒的看 法是什么？尤其是新手教师，他们是如何理解教育惩戒的？面对幼儿的过错行为 会采取什么样的措施？为了解答这些问题，研究者决定进行更加深入的研究。 本研究采用个案研究法，选取J 园和S 园中选取了三名大班新手教师作为研 究对象。研究者在已有文献的基础上，结合本研究的需要修订了《幼儿园教师教 育惩戒行为检核表》对三名新手教师分别展开了为期两周的观察，共计观察到 226次教育惩戒行为。之后将观察到的226次教育惩戒行为依照教育惩戒情境、 惩戒方式、惩戒对象、惩戒发生的时间、幼儿对教师惩戒的反应、惩戒结果这六 个维度进行统计分析，以期了解新手教师教育惩戒行为现状；与此同时，研究者 通过自编的《幼儿园教师教育惩戒观念访谈提纲》，对3名新手教师分别进行两 次半结构化访谈，并采用类属分析的方法对访谈资料进行分析，以期了解新手教 师教育惩戒观念的现状。 本研究从教育惩戒的情境性、教育惩戒行为的稳定性、教育惩戒观念的缄默 性以及教育惩戒观念与行为的差异性这四个方面进行分析讨论。并得出以下研究 结论：1.教育惩戒具有情境性，即教师的教育惩戒行为和惩戒观念具有情境性； 2.教育惩戒行为的稳定性影响惩戒效果；3.新手教师的教育惩戒观念与教育惩戒 行为之间均存在不同程度的差异。 关键词：大班；幼儿园新手教师；教育惩戒行为；教育惩戒观念 I A CASE STUDY ON THEEDUCATIONAL DISCIPLINEBEHAVIORAND ITSCONCEPT OFNOVICE TEACHERSIN SENIOR GRADE OFKINDERGARTEN ABSTRACT In recent years, educational discipline has become a hot issue in the society. In 2017, the administrative measures for primary and secondary schools in Qingdao promulgated by the Qingdao municipal government included educational discipline in local regulations for the first time. The hot discussion about educational discipline on the Internet has aroused the interest and thinking of researchers: what is the kindergarten teachers opinion on educational discipline? Especially novice teachers, how do they understand educational discipline? What measures will be taken in the face of childrenswrongbehavior? In this study, case study method was adopted to select three novice teachers of senior grade of kindergarten from garden J and garden S as research objects. On the basis of the existing literature and in combination with the needs of this study, the researcher revised the checklist of educationa
