关于山西省煤炭产业转型升级对经济增长影响的研究 内容提要 山西省是一个具有丰富煤炭资源的一个大省，在现在我国提出绿色生态发展的理念的情况下，重视“金山银山”，也不能忘记“绿水青山”。因此山西省进行了煤炭产业的转型升级，这对山西省的未来绿色经济发展具有积极地推动作用，使山西省出现了三次明显的经济增长。山西省积极采取措施，节能减排，利用科学技术努力提高煤炭资源的利用效率，以响应国家的号召。因此，有必要进一步深入探究煤炭转型升级的效率与经济增长的耦合和相关关系。首先，本文测算了投入产出指标数据，得出煤炭的生产总值以及占山西省的资本存量。其次，通过运用DEA的建模方法，以煤炭资源的投入和规模产出为基础建立整体效率模型，反映了综合效率、技术效率等相关数据。最后，根据测算结果揭示数据背后隐含的问题，并查漏补缺，给出相应的可行性对策。 关键词：经济增长；耦合度；山西省；煤炭转型升级效率 Abstract Shanxi Province is a large province with rich coal resources. Under the circumstance of putting forward the concept of green ecological development, we should attach importance to mountain of gold and silver and not forget green water and green mountains. Therefore, Shanxi Province has carried out the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry, which has played a positive role in promoting the future green economy development of Shanxi Province, and there have been three times of obvious economic growth. Shanxi Province actively takes measures to save energy and reduce emissions, and USES science and technology to improve the utilization efficiency of coal resources to respond to the call of the state. Therefore, it is necessary to further explore the coupling and correlation between the efficiency of coal transformation and upgrading and economic growth. Firstly, this paper calculates the input-output index data, and obtains the gross product of coal and the capital stock of Shanxi Province. Secondly, DEA modeling method is used to build an overall efficiency model based on the input and scale output of coal resources, which reflects the comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and other relevant data. Finally, according to the calculation results, the hidden problems behind the data are revealed, and the corresponding feasible countermeasures are given.
