Theoretically, people are gradually changing the view that the big companies have more advantage comparing with small ones in cost, and pay much more attention to small and medium-sized corporations. Recent studies have shown that small and medium-sized companies are more significant for macroeconomic’ stability. This article is on the basis of accounts receivable management studying and knowing. I thoroughly understand accounts receivable management in enterprise are very important as well as the science management, the method and the effective action. This article carries on the analysis about all these problems and then give solutions to them. Through studying the knowledge to carry on the ponder and compared with 06-08 year financial data, I hope that I may find a quite scientific management system for accounts receivable to help
