PAGE 堆垛系统结构设计 摘 要 世界的发展日新月异，在科技大爆炸的现代，物流的发展也异常迅猛。在这样的大环境下，自动化立体仓库应运而生。这是一种可以替代人力的，新型自动化的存取货物并加以存储的智能系统。 近些年来随着科技水平的不断提高，企业的软实力提高的同时，也要求有更高的效率的机械设备，来满足公司日常的需求。自动化立体仓库的出现为大型物流公司的物流运输和货物存储带来新的福音。自动化立体仓库中，堆垛机是它的重要组成部分。它于巷道中来去穿行，将货物存入指定的货架内，或者将货架内的货物取到指定位置。 下面我将初步的介绍现在公司经常使用的单双立柱堆垛机的解决方案，本文着重讨论三个部件：升降机构、行走机构、货叉伸缩机构的设计上，并用柔性装置加以辅助。本文，首先对堆垛机的整体设计方案进行初步描述。然后针对堆垛机各个部分的零件结合机械结构进行相应的受力。并加以计算。最后通过实际的数值进行机械部分的小队校核，得到更为精确的实际值。并在数据的帮助下进行安全稳定性的分析。 关键词： 自动化立体仓库；堆垛机；安全机构；设计 Abstract The development of the world is changing with each passing day. In the modern era of the big explosion of science and technology, the development of logistics is also exceptionally rapid. In such an environment, automatic three-dimensional warehouse emerged as the times require. This is a new type of intelligent system which can replace manpower and store goods automatically. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of science and technology level and the improvement of soft power of enterprises, more efficient machinery and equipment are required to meet the companys daily needs. The emergence of automated warehouse pairs brings new evangelism to the logistics transportation and goods storage of large logistics companies. Stacker is an important part of automated warehouse. It travels through the roadways, stores goods in designated shelves, or takes goods from shelves to designated locations. Next, I will introduce the solution of the single and double pillar stacker which is often used in our company. This paper focuses on the design of three parts: lifting mechanism, walking mechanism and fork expansion mechanism, which are assisted by flexible devices. Firstly, this paper gives a preliminary description of the overall design scheme of the stacker. Then the parts of each part of the stacker are combined with the mechanical structure to carry out the corresponding force. And calculate it. Finally, through the actual value of the mechanical part of the team check, get more ac
