Some people think that giving aid to poorer countries has more negative effects than the positive effects. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion. In this day and age, the public usually characterized aid as behavior which is sending resources, such as food and money, to countries in difficult situations. However, some said that negativity of assistance for poorer countries is more notability than positivity. I support this statement. The reasons are as follows. Manifest is that the assistance, such as providing rice and cotton, poses a threat to the agriculture industry. Prior to being in a scanty condition for a long time, the native products was dominant supplies of living, to contrast, it is devalued for foreign-aid which comes from the developed country. Additionally, the action of sponsors is attended by interest and purpose of themselves. Inasmuch as giving aid, for instance, pouring a huge amount of capital into the military industry, attribute to a fact that economic progress of poorer countries exist imbalance. Meantime, they are deprived of the opportunity that is independent improving core technology and constructing complete industry chain by the donors. Last but not the least, the unequally-distributed supplies has rendered conflict grabbing resources. Considering that the deficient law system, the supplies of aid is utilized privately by the government or a small part of citizens. Consequently, there might be a gap between wealth and poor. Moreover, it would foment social unrest. As has been noted above, the assistance for poor countries brings short-term relief, the demerits delivers prevail over the merit it generates. If the aid were provided with the positive effects by taking comprehensive and reasonable action, the assistance is to be in the best interests of dwellers in the third worlds.
