精品文档，下载后可随意编辑! 精品文档，下载后可随意编辑! 摘要 中国股票市场建立于20世纪90年代初期。虽然只经历了二十几年的 发展历程，但却取得举世瞩目的成就，无论是股票市场规模，还是市场结 构和监管体系等方面都取得了快速的成长。不仅如此，股票市场已经成为 整个金融和经济体系中不可缺少的重要组成部分，在帮助国有企业改革、 筹集社会资金、完善国民经济体系等方面发挥了重要的作用。但是由于中 国股票市场在构造上的缺陷和体制约束等原因，使得我国股票市场存在着 许多不容忽视的、短期内难以解决的问题，因而中国股市不可能像国外发 达国家的股票市场成为“国民经济的晴雨表”。为了使股票市场能够更好地 发挥其在金融体系的功能，本文通过查阅和借鉴一些经济学家的研究成果 和著作，结合近些年来的股市实际情况分析我国股票市场的现状和在发展 中的某些突出问题；然后立足我国国情，在现有条件基础上，提出一些切 合实际的促进股票市场发展的建议。 关键字：股票市场；上市公司；信息披露； Abstract Chin ese stock market is established in the early 1990s. whether the scale of stock market or market structure and supervision system has made great achieveme nts although it is only 22 years of develop ing history .In additi on, the stock market has become indispensable part of the financial and economic system. It plays an importa nt part in helpi ng the state-ow ned en terprise reform raising social capital and perfecting national economic system. However, Chin ese stock market exsits a lot of problem that we cann ig nore and solve in the short term because of a series of reas ons, for example, Chin ese stock market is in the structure of the defects and system constraints, which leads that the Chinese stock market may not become a barometer of national economy compared with the stock market in developed coun tries. In order to make the stock market can function better in the financial system, combined with the recent years of stock market s actual situation, this article analysis the present situati on and some prominent problems of our stock market through con sult ing and referencing research achieveme nts and works of some econo mists; at last, the article puts forward some practical suggesti ons to promote the developme nt of the stock market based on Chin ese actual n atio nal con diti ons.
