我国承接跨国公司服务外包探析 我国承接跨国公司服务外包探析 摘 要： 服务外包是经济全球化的产 物，并已成为国际分工与合作的新形式。通常跨国公司是服务外包发包方的主 体，跨国公司通过外包来降低其运营成本、增强应变能力和国际竞争力。近年 来全球服务外包迅速发展，很多国家和企业都参与其中，发展前景 10 分广阔， 机遇和发展空间也日益突显。中国是 1 个贸易大国，但还不是贸易强国，要想 让我国经济贸易持续快速发展，参与服务外包是必不可少的。我国应当顺应国 际发展的潮流，准确定位我国企业在国际服务外包产业链中的角色和作用，积 极投身外包市场，大力承接服务外包，利用自身优势抓住机遇，同时积极改进 不足, 有效促进我国经济结构的优化升级，提升核心竞争力，从而实现由“中国 制造”到“中国服务”再到“中国创造”，逐步掌握国际经济贸易中的话语 权，真正促进经济与贸易的健康发展。 关键词：跨国公司；服务外包；离岸； 软件外包 Analysis on Chinese Undertaking Multinational Corporations Service Outsourcing Abstract: At present, the services outsourcing has been a product of economic globalization, which is the new form of the international division of labor and cooperation . Multinational companies outsourcing services always is the main issue contracts, and they reduce their operating costs, enhance response capabilities and international competitiveness by outsourcing. In recent years, global services outsourcing developed rapidly , many countries and enterprises have participated in it, and there is a broad prospect for its development. Opportunities and development space have become ever more evident. China is a big but not a strong trading country, and outsourcing services is essential to get our economic and trade develop rapidly and sustained. China should conform to the international development trend, accurate locaing Chinese enterprises in international service outsourcing industry chain of roles, actively join the outsourcing market, vigorously undertake service outsourcing, use their own advantages to seize the opportunity and actively improve the shortcoming, effectively promote Chinas economic structure optimizing and upgrading, enhance core competitiveness, achieve the goal from Made in China to Chinas service, then create, gradually get the right to speak in international economy and trade, and really promote the economic and trade development.Key words: Multinational Company; service outsourcing; offshore; software outsourcing
