Therefore, systematic financial analysis is very important for an enterprise. Through the analysis and study of the four operational capacity indicators of Tailong Pharmaceutical Industry from 2014 to 2018, and comparing with the industry average of Yiling Pharmaceutical Industry and the four operational capacity indicators of the pharmaceutical industry, this paper finds that there are some problems in Tailong Pharmaceutical Industry, such as the slow rate of receivables, the profit mainly depending on a single product, the excessive inventory and the small sales volume, etc., and puts forward that the receivables should be strengthened. In order to strengthen the operation ability of Tailong Pharmaceutical Industry, we should speed up the payment, improve the sales mode, increase the sales volume, strengthen the research and development of drugs, and cultivate multiple leading products.
