大学生方程式赛车变速箱及传动系统设计 摘 要 变速器是汽车传动系中最主要的部件之一。其设计任务是设计一台用于 FSAE 赛车上的手动变速器。 设计中选用本田 CBR600-F4i 作为方程式赛车的发动机。根据发动机型号， 可以得出发动机的最大转矩、最大功率、最高转速等参数。设计的赛车无主减速 器，采用链传动，且传动比已知。根据以上参数，结合汽车设计、汽车理论、机 械设计、汽车底盘设计等相关知识计算变速器的参数，并验证变速器的合理性。 设计中利用了 CAD、UG 等软件制作了变速器主要总成的模型，并绘制了变速 器装配总图及主要零件的二维图。 通过设计，我学习和巩固了专业课知识而且了解了不少相关专业的知识，也 提高了个人能力，更重要的是锻炼了与人协作的精神。 关键词： 汽车工程；变速器；设计；手动 The Design of Formula SAE Car Gearbox and Transmission System Abstract Gearbox is the one main component of the vehicle transmission.The duty of this design is to design a manual transmission used in the FSAE Racing car. We chose Honda CBR600-F4i as the engine of FSAE Racing car. According to the engine model, we can draw the maximum engine torque, maximum power, maximum speed and other parameters. The design of the car without main gear, using chain drive, and the transmission ratio is known. Based on the above parameters, combining automotive design, automotive theory, mechanical design, automotive chassis design and other related knowledge ,calculate transmission parameters and verify the reasonableness of the transmission. Duiring design, I use CAD, UG and other softwares to produce the model of main transmission assembly , and the mapping of the transmission assembly diagram and major parts of total two-dimensional diagram . By designing, I not only learn and consolidate knowledge ,understanding of a number of specialized courses related professional knowledge, but also improve the ability of individuals, but more importantly is to exercise the spirit of collaboration with others.
