HOW TO PROTECT OURSELVES IN THE FIRE When the fire broke out !!! Be calm When there is a fire, get out fast, and do not linger take possessions . Familiar with the knowledge of escape ? Make sure that family members know the basic fire-escaping techniques and are familiar with the escape routes. When threatened by the fire, cover your body with wet clothes/blankets before running out the exits. ? When passing through smoke, try to lower yourself to the ground, and cover your mouth/nose with a wet towel If you are on fire, DO NOT run, roll on the ground or use heavy/thick materials to extinguish the fires. You can not use the elevators during a fire, you must find a safe exit to escape to. ? If there are fires outside the room, and the door is already hot, DO NOT attempt to open to door, it will cause the fire to rush inside. You must use wet blanket/clothes to cover the holes, and use water to cool down the temperature. ? If all escape routes are blocked, retreat back indoor. Use lights, swinging clothes, or shouting to send help signals to the outside and wait for help.
