2021年灯心草化学成分研究论文 Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatethechemicalconstituentsofthestemofJuncuseffususL.MethodsTheconstituentswereisolatedbynormal-phaseandreverse-phasesilicagelcolumnchromatographyfromtheP.E.andEtOAcextract.Theirstructureswereelucidatedbyspectralanalysis.ResultsTwosteroidcompoundswereisolatedfromP.E.extractandidentifiedasstigmast4en6βol3one(1),(24R)stigmast4ene3one(2),two9,10dihydrophenanthrenecompoundswereisolatedfromEtOAcextractandidentifiedasjuncusol(3)andefffusol(4).ConclusionCompound1and2wereisolatedfromJuncaceaeplantforthefirsttime.
