《 国际商务英文沟通》课程论文(A)卷;Caferoma coffee used to be known by high-consuming people, but the future consumers will be the common people. Therefore, the Caferoma coffee must be broadcast to the common people. Fourthly, the company just sells single product---coffee, making it less attractive for the customers. Finally, the Caferoma coffee lack innovation. It just remains its original taste, which will may not catch up with the changing demand of the consumers.
To solve Caferoma’s problems, we must remedy these disadvantages above to re-grab the coffee market share. There are also a few solutions as following. The first solution is on the coffee pricing. Since so many alike kinds of coffee compete with each other fiercely, we must reduce our price properly based on our product cost to make Caferoma coffee more competitive. The second solution is on the coffee advertisement. We should be clear about our coffee’s position, that is, we must know which group of consumer our coffee is ready to target at. By knowing that we will make better use of advertisement to make more future consumers know our coffee brand and characteristics. The third solution is on our brand-stretching. The Caferoma brand should not only include coffee and Caferoma’s connotation should be added. We also should produce some goods like dessert, cups, spoons which under the same brand. These kinds of goods should be attractive in taste or looking. The final solution is on the brand innovation. Our company should improve the product quality by importing the most authentic coffee beans, improving the traditional hand grinding process and brewing out more fragrant Italia-style coffee flavor. Only when the quality are getting better and better can the Caferoma be never beaten in the market.

In conclusion, we must think about the reasons which lead to the current problems and put these solutions above into practice effectively to re-achieve the market
