陆氏针刀治疗肩关节周围炎 100 例临床分析 [摘要 ]  目的 研究探讨上海陆氏针刀治疗肩关节周围炎的临 床治疗效果。方法 方便选择 2016 年 1 月—2017 年 6 月该院肩 关节周围炎患者 100 例进行讨论，对照组 50 例，观察组 50 例，其中对照组采用电针进行治疗，观察组采取陆氏针刀进行治疗， 观察两组患者的治疗效果、 疼痛评分情况以及肩关节 Melle 评分。结果 观察组的有效率为 98.0%，对照组的有效率为 88.0%，差异有统计学意义（ χ2=9.125，P=0.024）；治疗后观察组的疼痛评分 比对照组的要低，观察组评分为（ 4.01 ±1.35）分，对照组为 （ 5.58 ±1.21）分，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（ t=4.255 ， P=0.017）。结论 对于肩关节周围炎的患者，采取陆氏针刀进行 治疗，效果显著，可以帮助患者缓解疼痛， 提高肩关节的活动度， 值得在今后患者的治疗过程中推广应用。 [关键词 ] 针刀；电针；肩关节周围炎 [中图分类号 ] R684.3 [文献标识码 ] A [文章编号 ] 1674-0742 2018）10（b） -0180-03 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Shanghai Lus needle knife in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017， 100 patients with periarthritis of the shoulder were convenient selected for discussion. There were 50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the observation group. The control group was treated with electroacupuncture. The observation group was treated with a Lus needle knife treatment ， the treatment effect ， pain score and shoulder joint melle score were observed in the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 98.0%， the effective rate of the control group was 88.0% ， the different was statistically significant（ χ 2=9.125， P=0.024）. The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment ， and the observation group score was （4.01 ± 1.35） points. The control group was （5.58 ± 1.21）points， compared between the two groups the different was statistically significant t=4.255， P=0.017） . Conclusion For patients with inflammation around the shoulder joint ， the treatment with Lus needle knife is effective， which can help patients relieve pain and improve the mobility of shoulder joints. It is worthy of popularization and application in the future treatment of patients.
