Unit8  The ruler is long 第一课时 教学目标：  1. 能听说读写词汇： long , short ,tall ,tree, grass, big, small. 2. 掌握 short 的两个不同含义。 教学重难点： 1. long , short ,tall ,tree, grass, big, small 等的正确熟练使用。 以上词汇的词汇描述所见物品。 三、教学准备： 1. 单词 long , short ,tall ,tree, grass, big, small 教学卡片。 多媒体课件。四、教学过程： 新课导入： 带领学生观察教室并且询问： What can you see in the picture ？ 新课展示： 1）出示图片并询问 T: What can you see in the picture? Ss: train , car 对比两幅图片你可以得出什么结论？ T： The train is long and the car is short 然后领读单词并造句 （2）出示图片并询问 T: What can you see in the picture? Ss: elephant ， bird T: 对比两幅图片你可以得出什么结论？ T： The elephant is big and the bird is small 然后领读单词并造句。 （3）出示图片并询问 T:What can you see in the picture? T :tree ， grass 对比两幅图片你可以得出什么结论？ T： The tree is tall and the grass is short 然后领读单词并造句。 以此类推惊醒后面的单词教学 4）然后让学生齐读单词 5）练习读单词做动作 6）对着图片进行 is long. ..is short. ..is tall. is big is small 等句子的练习。 3、内容小结：通过一两道练习题来巩固本节的内容 4、作业布置 Unit8  The ruler is long 第二课时 教学目标 ： 1.  能听懂、会写、会读、会说  long,  big, short, small, tall, tree,  grass. 能根据所学词汇简单描述物品的特征。 教学重点： 能根据所学词汇简单描述物品的特征： The ruler is long 教学难点： 能听懂、会写、会读、会说 long, big, short, small, tall, tree, grass. 能根据所学词汇简单描述物品的特征： The ruler is long 等 教学环节： Leading — in: Free talk 教师带领学生想一想大象的体貌特征，然后进行问答练习，以下句型可供参考： Touch your ears. Do you have big big ears? Touch your nose. Do you have a long long nose? How does an elephant walk? Who can act like an elephant? Presentation: 1. 新课展示 教师问学生：  look around. What  is tall/short/long/big/small?  鼓励学生通过观察周围 的人、物大胆地进行描述： The pencil is long. The crayon is short. The desk is tall. The chair is short. The blackboard is big. The eraser is small. ’ s hair is long. ’ s hair is short. 2. 教师借助所准备的玩偶带领学生玩 passing down  游戏。教师将所准备的  let  ’s say  部 分的图片放进抽奖箱中。 教师击掌后，示意全班学生传递玩偶，掌声停止时，手中持有玩偶 的学生根据图片内容正确描述图片。 教师播放 let ’s play 部分的录音，让学生模仿语音语调，跟读句子。 let ’s practice Pair work ：要求学生根据课本中图片进行描述，比一比谁说的最流利。 Practice Activities: 教师拿出所准备的抽奖箱，  将所准备的物品卡片放在一个抽奖箱中，  将形容词卡片放到另外 一个抽奖箱中，选择一名学生从两个抽奖箱中各抽取一张卡片造句：  The  is / are Unit8 The ruler is long 第三课时 教学目标
