本科论文 沈阳城市建设学院毕业设计说明书 PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 城市末端物流配送是将商品从物流配送中心直接送达到消费者手中，以满足客户在商品物流配送上的需求。随着我国电商平台越来越成熟，消费者对高效率、速度快、接收方便的末端物流服务的需求越来越迫切。但是，很多企业自有的物流系统已经不能满足越来越挑剔的消费者的要求。现在很多企业(包括电商企业、物流企业、创业公司等)已经发现到这个行业的现状，意识到其中包含着能够从这个现状挣脱而出的机会。他们正在尝试和创新各种末端物流配送。相信通过消费者和商品市场的考验和认证，将会出现一种或很多种改变市场现状的物流配送，创新物流配送和管理技术，从而开创适合我国末端物流配送发展的新局面。 基于有关文献研究了城市末端物流和物流配送路径优化,本设计首先总结了相关理论，是有关城市末端物流和物流配送路径优化的理论。其次,以沈阳市非速物流公司为研究对象,简要描述了非速物流公司的规模概况和物流配送的基本情况,对物流配送中某些环节的问题进行解析和总结。为了降低非速物流公司的配送成本，优化资源配置，建立了物流配送路径的优化模型。利用LINGO软件和节约算法分别求解建立的非速物流公司配送中心配送路径优化模型，对求解后的非速物流公司配送中心配送路径优化的两种方法进行对比，从求解结果、求解速度等进行分析。最后，从建立非速物流公司配送中心物流配送服务标准体系、优化公司物流运输方案、构建公司物流配送管理信息系统、加强公司人员管理等方面，提出了非速物流公司配送发展战略的建议。 关键词：第三方物流；配送路径优化；节约算法；lingo PAGE 1 PAGE 1 ABSTRACT Logistics distribution at the end of the city is to deliver the goods directly from the logistics distribution center to the consumers, so as to meet the needs of customers in the logistics distribution of goods. As Chinas e-commerce platform becomes more and more mature, consumers demand for efficient, fast and convenient terminal logistics services becomes more and more urgent. However, many enterprises own logistics systems have been unable to meet the demands of increasingly picky consumers.
