第 2 卷 第 4 期 交 通 运 输 工 程 学 报 V ol. 2 No. 4 2002 年 12 月 Journal of T raffic and T ransportation Eng ineering Dec. 2002 文章编号: 1671-1637( 2002) 04-0058-05 区域物流信息平台与资源整合 董千里 长安大学 经济管理学院, 陕西西安 710064) 要: 研究第三方物流提供商利用区域物流信息平台整合社会物流资源的方式, 将综合物流信息平台分为微观( 企业) 和宏观( 区域) 两个层次, 着重从区域物流信息平台角度, 分析研究工商企业、第三方物流企业和政府主管部门等不同主体, 对区域物流信息的需求及社会物流资源整合要求, 探讨第三方物流提供商利用区域物流信息平台的功能及其运行机制进行物流资源整合的方式, 进而提出第三方物流提供商整合物流资源可利用的区域物流信息平台 “剧场模型”。根据“剧场模型”,强调第三方物流提供商必须吸收“第四方物流”概念中的供应链方案设计、一体化管理和咨询能力,这样才能利用区域物流信息平台提高社会物流资源整合能力, 最终实现第三方物流提供商整合社会物流资源的思路和实际运作模式。 关键词: 信息平台; 资源整合; 区域物流; 第三方物流 中图分类号: U11; F511. 31 文献标识码: A Regional logistics information platform and resource planning DON G Qian-li ( Scho ol of Econo mic and M a nag ement, Chang ′an U niv ersity , Xi′an 710064, China) Abstract: T he manner for third-part lo gistics pro vider to integ rate social log istics reso urces w as studied. Integrated logistics inform ation system is divided into tw o tiers as m icro ( enterprise) and macro ( reg ion ) to be built . The paper analyses logistics inform ation needs and features for industrial and com merce enterprises, thir d-part log istics( TPL) providers and the departments of go ver nm ent based on r eg io nal logistics information platform and social logistics resource integration, discusses the functio ns and operation mechanism of reg ional lo gistics inform ation platform , and puts up the theater model o f regional log istics info rmation platfor m . Acco rding to the theater model , it is important fo r T PL to build up the capacities of supply chain solution , integ ratio n management and consultatio n from the concept of - log istics . Only desig n fourth part by this w ay, T PL pro viders can use regional log istics infor matio n platform to improve the co mpetence o f integ rating lo gistics resource, and last to im plement the thoughts and w ays to integrate log istics resour ce on society. 1 tab, 2 figs, 5 refs.
