中文摘要 大学毕业生是社会的一个特殊群体，是指已经接受过大学教育的人，是社会新技 术、新思想的前沿群体，国家培养的高级专业人才，是屮国社会的主要生产力之一。 自1999年起，我国高校连年扩招，2003年是大学扩招后木科毕业生毕业的第一 年，共有212万大学生走出学校，踏入社会，较上一年增长44.6%o随后，大学毕业 生进入高速增长阶段，为社会注入新鲜血液与高素质人才的同时，造成了巨大的就业 压力，大学毕业生就业而临严峻考验。血做好大学生就业工作，关系到国家社会政治 稳定，关系到科教兴国战略的实施，关系到毕业生及其家庭的切身利益。从社会发展 来看，大学牛就业问题是我省社会发展所面临的重大问题，认清大学牛就业所面临问 题，妥善处理好大学牛就业问题对促进社会和谐健康发展，提高人们牛活质量，维护 社会稳定，都具有重要意义;从高等教育来看，大学生能否顺利就业关系到大学高等 教育的意义能否真正实现；从大学生自身来看，大学生的顺利就业还能够促进大学生 自身的发展成才和人生价值的实现。所以深入研究和讨论大学生就业问题至关重要， 有必要在一些关键问题丄理清思路，形成共识，给予我国大学生就业问题一个较为明 确的定位，以此缓解甚至解决我国大学生就业过程屮存在的问题。 关键词:大学生就业 问题现状健全就业机制化解就业压力 Abstract University graduates is social a special group, it is to point to have received university education, is the social new technology, new ideas in the forefront of the group, the national training of senior professionals, is the main one of Chinas social productive forces? Since 1999, our country college enrollment expansion in successive years, 2003 is undergraduate course graduates from university enrollment expansion in the first year, there were 2.12 million college students out of school, into society, increase of 44.6% over last year. Then, the university graduates to the high growth stage, for some fresh blood to the society with high quality talent at the same time, resulting in huge employment pressure, the university graduates employment serious test. And to the employment of the graduates, related to the national social political stability, related to the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, in relation to the immediate interests of the graduates and their families.
