建筑消防设施在灭火救援中的应用研究 建筑消防设施在许多高层建筑、地下建筑、商场、工厂、仓库以及人 员密集场所被广泛应用，并在灭火救援中发挥着巨大的作用，许多初期火 灾都是依靠其扑灭或得到控制。然而，近年来在一些重、特大火灾事故中， 建筑消防设施的作用并没有得到充分发挥，有的建筑消防设施“形同虚 设”，从而造成了重大损失。另一方而，即便设施完好，消防队在处置这 类事故过程中，一般也没有很好利用建筑物内的消防设施进行灭火救援。 在许多火场，特别是高层建筑火灾，消防队到场后没有及时控制火势，反而 使火势扩大蔓延，很多情况也与建筑消防设施的应用效果有关。因此，如 何掌握和利用消防设施实现灭火救援，成为一个非常急切需要解决的课 题。 本文首先介绍了建筑消防设施种类机器基本作用，然后从建筑消防设 施在灭火救援中的应用情况入手，结合实际的火灾案例，分析了建筑消防 设施在火救援中的实际应用情况，对比了其与移动消防力量的主要优点。 在此基础上，提出了当前我国建筑消防设施在设计、施工、维护管理等方 而存在的问题及主要原因。最后，从建筑消防设施在灭火救援中运用的主 要方法，根据建筑消防设施设置相关的训练项冃，建筑消防设施的维护管 理三个方而着手，提出了在灭火救援中提高建筑消防设施利用效率的建 议。 关键词 建筑消防设施；灭火；救援；维护；管理 Abstract Building fire fight facilities are widely used in many high-rise buildings, underground buildings, shopping malls, factories, warehouses and personnel-intensive places and play a great role in fire fighting and rescue. Depending on them, many initial-stage fires were put out or controlled. However, in recent years, building fire fight facilities didn^t play their role in some major and catastrophic fires, even in cluster dead disasters, causing heavy losses. But in the process of the fire brigade to handle this trouble, building fire fight facilities werent well used in fire fighting and rescue generally. At many fire scenes, especially in big buildings, the fire brigade made fire spread rather than control it timely when they reached the scene. One of the main reasons was that firemen didn^t grasp the key to operate them and make full use of them, or combine building fire fight facilities with mobile fire fight facilities. The lessons is deep. As the main force of fire fighting and rescue, how fire fight troops master and use fire fight facilities to realize fire fighting and rescue is already a topic to be urgently solved.
