本科论文 摘 要 自1990年至今三十年以来，我国国内各行各业实现飞速发展，走完了西方国际近六十年的路程，在此期间，我国的建筑行业也得到了前所未有的高速发展，现在我国素有素有基建狂魔的称号。 目前，建筑行业已然成为了我国发展的基石，仅民宅建筑这一方面就已经成为了我国的支柱产业。在我国的建筑行业发展速度迅猛，发展层次得到拓展的同时，建筑行业也位于我国十大高危产业之一。每年发生的建筑类大大小小的事故数不胜数。 为了降低事故发生考虑，减少人员伤亡，降低财产损失，对于每一个建筑施工过程进行安全评价风险分析成为了目前为止最有效的止损办法，也是最实用的方法。 本文的重心是对建筑施工安全现状进行安全评价与风险分析，包括对建筑施工的安全管理与安全评价现状的分析，以及对建筑企业现有的安全评价和安全管理体系存在的问题的分析，结合题目对安全评价方法进行选取，并应用层次分析法结合实例对建筑企业施工项目进行安全风险评价，并得出结论，通过结论对建筑企业提出指导性的建议和相对的安全措施降低安全风险。 关键词：建筑施工；风险分析；安全评价；安全管理；层次分析  Abstract Since 1990 to 30 years，Chinas domestic industries have achieved rapid development， completed nearly 60 years of Western international journey，during this period，Chinas construction industry has also been unprecedented high-speed development， now China has the title of infrastructure maniac. At present，the construction industry has become the cornerstone of the development of our country，only residential building has become the pillar industry of our country. With the rapid development of Chinas construction industry，the development level has been expanded，and the construction industry is also located in one of the top ten high-risk industries in China. The number of accidents， large and small， that occur every year is numerous. This paper focuses on the safety risk assessment of construction safety，including the analysis of the safety management and safety evaluation of construction enterprises，and the analysis of the existing safety evaluation system and safety management system of construction enterprises，and the selection of safety evaluation methods combined with the topic，and the application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with examples to carry out safety risk assessment of construction projects of construction enterprises.
