本科论文 摘 要 随着社会的不断进步和社会的发展，以及建筑业新材料、新技术的不断出现，建筑装饰业处于高水平发展。由于建筑装饰行业的快速发展，一些没有装修资质的公司，采用挂靠、分包等方式进行工程施工，采用不正当的装修工艺，使用非正规工人进场作业。也有少数建筑公司为了美观省钱，要求建筑公司更改图纸，降低工艺标准，在现场实际施工中擅自使用非环保材料，造成建筑装饰工程存在巨大隐患。 本论文对建筑装饰工程基本情况进行初步的了解，通过资料学习和项目现场实地的探访，熟练掌握了装饰工程设备设施的使用方法及重要工艺流程，在此基础上对建筑装饰进行危险有害因素分析，并提出控制措施，减少事故发生的几率。通过学习危险源辨识方法，掌握各个辨识方法的优缺点，正确选择适合本文的危险源辨识方法，对建筑装饰行业进行危险有害因素分析，找出建筑装饰工程中所存在的安全隐患。根据建筑装饰工程危险有害因素分析结果，并通过查询资料以及实际现场勘查，结合自身所学专业知识，制定合理的安全控制措施。 关键词：建筑装饰；安全隐患；危险有害因素；控制措施 Abstract With the continuous progress of society and the development of society, as well as the continuous emergence of new materials and technologies in the construction industry, the construction and decoration industry is at a high level of development. Due to the rapid development of the construction and decoration industry, some companies without decoration qualification carry out engineering construction by means of affiliation, subcontracting, etc., adopt improper decoration technology, and use irregular workers to enter the site for operation. There are also a few construction companies, in order to save money and beauty, require the construction company to change the drawings, reduce the process standards, and use non environmental protection materials without authorization in the actual construction of the site, resulting in a huge hidden danger in the construction and decoration engineering. This paper has a preliminary understanding of the basic situation of architectural decoration engineering. Through data learning and field visit of the project, we have mastered the use methods and important technological processes of the equipment and facilities of the decoration engineering. On this basis, we have analyzed the risk and harmful factors of architectural decoration, and proposed control measures to reduce the probability of accidents.
