本科论文 摘 要 地球上可供人类使用的资源真的是取之不尽用之不竭的吗？我们到底还有多少资源可以开采使用呢？使用廉价的资源数量基数大的资源环保卫生的资源似乎已经成为了人类不可避免的正确选择。LPG—液化石油气作为一种都符合以上三种特点的能源已经在当今社会得到十分大的重视。它是人们日常生活中必备的一种生活用品，我国作为人口密集度相对较高的国家，对LPG的需求量自然而然地得到提升。那么，在我国的各省各市兴建LPG充装站就成为了重中之重。彰武县LPG充装站新建项目的建设也就提上了议题。所以，彰武县LPG充装站新建项目能不能安全地运行，关系到彰武县市民日常生活的节奏与安全，首要的就是要对彰武县LPG充装站新建项目进行安全风险识别与评价研究。 由于LPG行业在全国高速发展，在我国的各省各市都在积极建设LPG储蓄站或LPG充装站，彰武县LPG充装站新建项目将来能否正常安全的运行决定了彰武县人民的日常生活水准能否继续向前发展。本论文是针对彰武县LPG充装站新建项目的储存以及充装的过程中可能会发生的危险情况进行定性定量的分析，以此计算出彰武县LPG充装站新建项目里所存在的危险可能性以及其发生后果的损失程度。并通过本次评价得出的结果来选择最安全经济最有效的投资以及建设方案。 关键词：LPG；充装站；安全评价 Abstract Are the resources available for human use on the earth really inexhaustible? How many resources can we exploit? It seems that using cheap resources，large quantity base resources environmental protection and health resources has become an inevitable right choice for human being. Liquefied petroleum gas as a kind of energy which conforms to the above three characteristics has been attached great importance in todays society. It is a kind of necessities in peoples daily life. As a country with relatively high population density，Chinas demand for LPG is naturally increased. The construction of LPG filling stations in all provinces and cities has become the top priority. The construction of the new LPG filling station project in Zhangwu County is also put on the agenda. Therefore, whether the new LPG filling station project in Zhangwu County can operate safely or not is related to the rhythm and safety of the daily life of citizens in Zhangwu County. The first thing is to identify and evaluate the safety risk of the new LPG filling station project in Zhangwu County. Due to the rapid development of LPG Industry in China, LPG savings stations or LPG filling stations are being actively constructed in all provinces and cities of China.
