本科论文 摘 要 近年来，我国经济发展稳中向好，汽车工业不断发展壮大，公路基础建设不断拓展，物流产业持续高速发展，人均汽车占有量也节节上升，国家对加油网点建设计建造也进行大力支持。为深入贯彻落实“绿树青山就是金山银山”的发展理念，对加油站存在储有大量易燃烧易爆炸危险物品，极易造成火灾爆炸事故这一危险现象。着重对加油站发生的事故案例进行调查、统计、分析，得出加油站发生事故主要的风险及造成加油站火灾事故发生的主要因素。通过对风险管理理念的深入调查研究，进而分级调查研究加油站火灾风险，据此构建加油站火灾风险分级模型。与加油站风险分级作出对比研究，提出加油站的各项安全隐患并作出防控措施报告，为安全监察部门开展工作提供依据。 关键词：风险管理；风险评估；加油站火灾 Abstract In recent years, Chinas economic development has been stable and improving, the automobile industry has been growing, the highway infrastructure has been expanding, the logistics industry has been developing at a high speed, the per capital car share has also been rising, and the state has also given strong support to the design and construction of gas supply outlets. In order to thoroughly implement the development concept of green trees and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains, a large number of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods are stored in the gas station, which is very likely to cause fire and explosion accidents. This paper focuses on the investigation, statistics and analysis of the accident cases of gas stations, and obtains the main risks of the accidents and the main factors that cause the fire accidents of gas stations. Through the in-depth investigation and Research on the concept of risk management, and then hierarchical investigation and Research on the fire risk of gas stations, according to which the fire risk classification model of gas stations is constructed. Make a comparative study with the risk classification of gas stations, put forward various potential safety hazards of gas stations and make prevention and control measures reports, so as to provide basis for the work of safety supervision departments.
