本科论文 摘 要 在建设项目施工现场的管理中，最重要的是安全管理问题。加强安全管理，对现施工场所有施工人员的安全防范意识以及施工时的操作规范，都有很大的提高，让现场每一位人员学习自我防护和应急救援的知识，从而进一步提高建设项目施工时的安全性。 本文首先介绍了工程建设项目施工现场中安全管理研究的现状，介绍了事故紧急情况的特征，提出了应急管理相关一些建议；施工现场危险源的分类和分析；关于如何制定应急计划和管理方法的提出科学建议。本文以沈阳中铁房地产建设项目的施工现场为例，综合采用多种分析方法以识别项目的有害因素以及这些因素的危害。首先进行危险源归类，分析出危险源是属于人、物、作业环境哪个类别。识别事故类型如高处坠落事故、机械伤害、坍塌事故、起重伤害等，并对风险源进行了全面的辨识和分析，运用LEC评价方法评价风险等级，实施企业应急预案研究，建立应急预案组织体系，进行应急管理，并提出具体的针对性预防控制措施，通过实施这些对策，可以对房地产建设项目的施工现场进行安全管理，保证沈阳中铁房地产建设项目施工现场顺利开展，减少企业人员伤亡及财产损失。 关键词：建筑施工；危险源；应急预案 Abstract In the management of construction projects, the most important issue is safety management.
