本科论文 摘 要 近年来，我国娱乐场所不断增多,每天去KTV玩的人越来越多，确实是经济的进步，人们生活得以提升，但却依然存在安全隐患。近年来娱乐场所事故高发,甚至重大、引起社会广泛关注和强烈反响。然而每次发生事故的原因都很相似 , 火灾是大多数的安全隐患，特别是娱乐场所的人很多，不容易疏散，触电，踩踏事故也是必须要值得重视。若是有完善的应急救援体系,事故的发生率以及伤亡率就应该会大幅下降了，本次论文主要的研究内容就是关于应急救援系统研究，危险源辨识及危险性分析，应急预案的编制以及应急培训与演练等。要全面透彻的进行危险源辨识及危险性分析，排查出可能存在的任何安全隐患。应急预案的编制有综合应急预案和专项应急预案，一定要保证综合应急预案的全面性，可行性，对于专项应急预案，对其中一种危险因素进行准确编制。应急培训与演练能够很好的锻炼人员对于应急预案的实施能力。本文将对KTV制定一个完善可靠的应急预案。 关键词：应急救援系统；安全隐患；应急预案 Abstract In recent years, there are more and more places of entertainment in our country. More and more people go to KTV every day. It is indeed economic progress and peoples life can be improved, but there are still hidden dangers. In recent years, the high incidence of accidents in places of entertainment, even major, has aroused widespread concern and strong repercussions. However, the causes of every accident are very similar. Fire is the most potential safety hazard, especially in entertainment places. It is not easy to evacuate, electric shock and stampede accidents must also be paid attention to. If there is a perfect emergency rescue system, the accident rate and casualty rate should be greatly reduced. The main research content of this paper is about the emergency rescue system research, hazard identification and risk analysis, emergency plan preparation, emergency training and practice, etc. The hazard identification and hazard analysis shall be carried out comprehensively and thoroughly to find out any potential safety hazards. The preparation of emergency plan includes comprehensive emergency plan and special emergency plan. It is necessary to ensure the comprehensiveness and feasibility of the comprehensive emergency plan. For special emergency plan, one of the risk factors shall be accurately prepared. Emergency training and drill can train the personnels ability to implement the emergency plan. This paper will make a perfect and reliable emergency plan for KTV.
