本科论文 摘 要 中国要实现工业强国的梦想，必须要重视制造业的发展。当前中国正在朝着工业化国家发展，机械制造业在国民经济中的地位非常重要，随着机械制造行业的飞速发展，导致这一行业发生的安全事故也越来越多，事故隐患不断增多。 本文以恒润环锻有限公司的安全生产为例，通过对公司的原辅料储运固有的危险性，生产过程中的危险因素进行主要危险源识别，分析应急事故造成的影响，揭示恒润环锻有限公司突发事故的特征，构建生产过程风险防控为一体的风险与突发事件应急预案体系。本文首先阐述了安全生产应急预案的研究背景及研究的必要性，以相关的安全生产理论为基础，对恒润环锻有限公司生产单位的危险源进行辨识分析，针对风险源，建立恒润环锻有限公司综合应急预案，系统介绍综合应急预案研究的制定的程序内容，以综合应急预案总则为指导前提，确定公司的组织机构及职责，进行风险评估，预警，确定分级应急响应，应急保障以及应急处理的后期总结。以恒润环锻有限公司机械伤害为具体事故分类，进行恒润环锻有限公司专项应急预案的研究，指导恒润环锻有限公司针对具体事故的应急处理，制定标准化规定。最后从应急组织建设、装备配置、实时监测、培训演练、事故处置等方面出发，构建较为完善的恒润环锻有限公司突发应急事件应急能力。 关键词：安全生产；危险源；综合应急预案研究；专项应急预案 Abstract If China is to realize its dream of becoming an industrial power, it must pay attention to the development of the manufacturing industry. At present, China is developing towards an industrialized country. The status of the machinery manufacturing industry in the national economy is very important. With the rapid development of the machinery manufacturing industry, there are more and more safety accidents in this industry, and the hidden dangers of accidents are increasing. Taking the safety production of Hengrun Ring Forging Co, Ltd. as an example, this paper analyzes the impact of emergency accidents, reveals the characteristics of emergency accidents of Hengrun Ring Forging Co, Ltd., and constructs an emergency plan system integrating risk prevention and control in the production process by identifying the inherent risks of the companys raw and auxiliary materials storage and transportation, and the main risk factors in the production process.
