本科论文 摘 要 为满足城市发展和经济建设的用水需求，进一步提高城市供水安全性，某水务有限公司拟投资建设水厂。该水厂拟分两期实施，一期工程（近期2020年）规模为10万m3/d，二期工程(远期2030年)规模为10万m3/d，项目全部建成后，可形成20万m3/d的工程规模。本次水厂一期工程取水工程土建部分及净水厂辅助工程按20万m3/d规模设计，设备分期配套安装；净水厂主体工程按10万m3/d规模设计。 由于该项目在建设及生产过程中，存在火灾、爆炸、中毒、窒息、触电、物体打击、高处坠落、机械伤害、车辆伤害、起重伤害、粉尘及噪声等危险、有害因素，该项目必然涉及系统安全设计，为确保项目的安全设施与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投入生产和使用，遵照《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《建设项目安全设施“三同时”监督管理暂行办法》国家安监总局令第36号等有关规定的要求，该公司应依法对该项目进行安全预评价。 受水务有限公司的委托，承担水厂一期工程的安全预评价工作，并为此成立了项目评价小组。评价组依据委托方提供的相关资料，通过调查、分析、研究，按照《安全评价通则》（AQ8001-2007）、《安全预评价导则》（AQ8002-2007）的要求，编制了本安全预评价报告。 关键词：危险源；辨识；安全评价 Abstract In order to meet the water demand of urban development and economic construction and further improve the safety of urban water supply, a water limited company plans to invest in the construction of surface water plant.
