本科论文 摘 要 作为一种重要的精细化工产品，荧光增白剂在工业上具有广泛的应用领域和良好的市场前景。为了让纸张、洗涤剂、纺织物提高市场竞争力，满足这些日常生活品的生产，荧光增白剂的需求量也在不断增加。但是荧光增白剂属于危险化学品生产单位，在确定保质保量之前还要做好生产场所的安全管理工作。安全生产是一个企业长久发展的坚实基础，如果安全管理不当，一旦发生事故，将会给人身财产，周围环境等造成巨大伤害。因此，对荧光增白剂生产的安全风险评估进行改进具有重要意义。本篇论文首先对荧光增白剂用途、市场前景、国内外对这方面安全生产研究的现状进行讨论，其次介绍适用于本项目安全风险评价的基本理论，给出之后的论述的理论依据；然后介绍公司新建项的基本概况，包括人员数目、生产材料数量、配套设施等并辨识其中的危险有害因素；接下来运用安全检查表法对总平面布置进行安全评价，预先性危险分析法对生产过程中存在的危险有害因素进行分析。最后从安全技术、安全管理和职业卫生安全管理三个方面提出安全风险应对策略，为新建荧光增白剂项目顺利进行提供管理依据。 关键词：安全风险评价；安全风险；安全检查表法；预先危险性分析法 Abstract As an important fine chemical product, fluorescent brightener has a wide range of industrial applications and good market prospects.
