美語學校外籍教師工作合約
This working agreement is between American School and (Foreign Teacher). This agreement is valid for a period of (years/month). From to . Job duties listed in this contract are in accordance with the works required to be done by the Chinese core teachers including: conducting lessons, assisting administrative works, taking care of students during school hours, drafting lesson plans, keeping class diaries, conducting telephone teaching, leading morning exercise, being in charge of classroom
這份工作合約是美語學校和外籍教師所簽定,這份合約時間是從…到…。外籍老師的工作大致上比照中籍老師,包含班級內教學、教務、保育工作,教案、表冊書寫,電話教學測試,晨操帶動、遊戲帶動,以及主管交辦事項。
Probationary and Contract-Signed
1. 試用及簽約
Within the first week when the staff starts working (the five working days), the company won’t provide any payment. The company will pay half of his salary if the staff leaves within two weeks but have worked for more than one week. If leaving within one month, the staff will get his salary according to the actual working days. If the foreign teacher doesn’t sign the contract within two weeks, this contract will be terminated, and salary will be paid according to the rules.
到職日起一週內(五個工作天)離職者不發薪資,一週以上兩週內離職者發半薪,不滿一個月離職者依工作日計。外籍老師於到職日兩星期內未簽合約者停止錄用,薪資依合約規定。
The foreign teacher should complete his/her duties everyday as requested. Contract term is one year for foreign teachers and two year for managers. Once the contract is signed, the staff cannot quit willingly in the middle of the contract term. Otherwise, it will be treated as a breach of contract and related conditions will be applied.
採責任制,原則上採約聘制(外籍老師一年一聘,主管兩年一聘),中途不得離職,否則以違約論。
After signing the contract, the staff should hand in his/her personal information to the personnel within one week for human resources’ record keeping purposes.
正式任用時,在一週內檢具下列資料繳交人事單位正式辦理到職手續。
