邮件 EASA AD2009-0260_R0 From: airworthiness directives ADs@easa.europa.eu To: liufux@ liufux@ Subject: CSN question about EASA AD 2009-0260 R0 Date: 2009-12-15 下午 05:36:14 Dear Liufuxing, Thank you for your inquiry. Please also read the second part of the paragraph (3) you refer to, where it is stated that “unless it has been inspected and, if necessary, corrected in accordance with the requirements of this AD”. The reason for this choice of words is that some spare units with the affected P/N’s may not have an identifiable serial number, in which case the AD requirements must be applied because the individual spare unit could be one of the affected parts. Obviously, in case the inspection of the spare unit (as required by paragraph (3) of the AD prior to installation) shows the s/n to be identifiable and it is NOT listed in Hamilton Sundstrand SB ERPS06G-29-6 or SB ERPS33G-29-1, it does not need any corrective action and the part is acceptable for installation. I trust this answers your concern. Best regards, Meilleures salutations, Mit freundlichen Grü?en, Met vriendelijke groeten, Paul Chr. van Eenige – Airworthiness Directives Officer Section Airworthiness Directives, Safety Management Research European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Certification Directorate Postfach 10 12 53 D-50452 K?ln, Germany Telephone +49 221 899 90 4124 Facsimile +49 221 899 90 4624 Email: ads@easa.europa.eu ________________________________ 第 1 页
