Management information system is a continuous development of new disciplines, any one unit to survive to develop, to the efficient activities of the internal organization of organic, it must establish a management information system fitting in with its own characteristics. Student information management system is the school educational administration management in an extremely important system, our schools and universities archives management also remain in the paper on the basis of this now, wit has been unable to meet the development of the times, because it wasted a lot of manpower and material resources, in the information age this traditional management approach will be replaced by the information management based on computer.
