布地奈德和利巴韦林联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管 炎的临床观察 【关键词】 布地奈德；利巴韦林；a -糜蛋白酶；雾化吸入；毛细支气管炎 Cli ni cal an alysis of budes onide and ribaviri n n ebulisati on in treatme nt of capillary bron chitis GUO Yu.The In stitute of Maternal a nd Childre n Hygie neofGaozhou,Gua ngdo ng provin ce, Gaozhou525200,Ch ina 【Abstract 】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide suspe nsion liquid (ge neral Mick make comfortable) and ribaviri n comb in ati on therapy atomizati on in halati on capillary to care bron chitis.Methods 86 cases of capillary bron chitis patie nts were ran domly divided in to treatme nt group and the con trol group (n=43 cases.Budes onide suspe nsion liquid (ge neral Mick make comfortable), the dose of 0.5~1 mg and ribaviri n injectio n 50 mg/times, Group: alpha mi protease 5 mg/times.Each group of drugs diluted sali ne 5 ml are joined by compressed air pump, 2 times/aerosolized 10 min ,every time 5~10 minu tes, repeat 5~7 d. Each cough, asthma suppress observati on, short ness of breath, wheeze and wet 1,10 sound better con diti ons and adverse reacti on. Results The total effective rate in treatme nt group and con trol group were statistically sig nifica nt differe nee compared ( x 2=4.63, P 0.05).
