完成时间: 完成时间: 2012 年5月 2012届毕业论文（设计） 海峡交流中心项目危险辨析及预防措施 院、系:安全与环境工程学院 院、系: 安全与环境工程学院 学生姓名: 指导教师: 职称教授 专 业: 安全工程 班 级: 摘要 建筑行业是我国国民经济的重要物质生产部门和支柱产业之一 , 建筑行业 的良性发展对我国国民经济的发展和社会主义市场经济的建设具有至关重要的 作用。但同时建筑行业也是高危、事故多发行业。近年来，随着建设规模的逐年 扩大，建筑施工中发生的伤亡事故和死亡人数也有所上升， 而安全事故大多发生 在施工现场，所以对施工现场危险源辨析及提出预防措施对减少和避免事故的发 生尤为重要。本文通过分析建筑施工安全生产的特点，着重对脚手架、塔吊、电 气和现场施工安全管理四个方面进行危险辨析， 并运用事故树分析理论对罗列出 来的危险性原因， 得出影响施工现场安全的重要因素。 找出脚手架和塔吊事故的 主要因素，以提出预防措施，为施工现场安全风险预控提供理论依据。 关键词 : 施工现场安全；危险源；危险性原因分析；事故树分析理论；预防措施 ABSTRACT The construction industry is one of the important material production sectors of our national economy and pillar industries,the sound development of the construction industry has a vital role in the development of national economy and the construction of the socialist market economy.But at the same time the constrction industry is also a high-risk,accident-prone industries.In recent years,with the scale of construction has expanded each year,the casualties occurred in the construction and the number of deaths has increased,and secure the most accidents occurred at the constructionsite,so dangerous source of the construction site of Discrimin ation and propose preventive measuresto reduce and avoid accidents the occurrence of particularly important.By analyzing the characteristics of the production of construction safety focuses on scaffolding,cranes,electrical and site construction safety management in four aspects to the risk of Discrimination and the use of fault tree analysis theory set out the risk of reasons,come to affect the safety of the construction site important factor.Identify the main factors for the scaffold and crane accidents,and to propose preventive measures,provide a theoretical basis for construction site safety risk control.
