PAGE PAGE 2 摘 要 数据时代已经来临，近年来，个人信息侵权案件越来越多。它在侵权领域和侵权类型上趋于多样化，这种现象已引起广泛关注。因此，加强隐私的法律至关重要。当前，中国的隐私保护法律法规还相对不足，现有法规不够全面，难以充分保护人们的个人信息。在隐私法方面，西方一些发达国家根据自身情况制定了相关法律，形成了较为完整的法律体系和独特的立法模式，而中国的相关法律则系统标准尚未建立。随着社会信息的加速，个人信息的重要性越来越高，制定关于信息权的法规已是大势所趋。因此，基于个人信息的概念和特征，我们根据《信息时代民法》分析了个人信息保护的缺陷，并提出了改进措施，以确保个人信息的安全性和可靠性。 关键词：信息时代；个人信息；民法保护 Abstract Data era has come, in recent years, more and more cases of personal information infringement.
