PAGE PAGE I 摘要 施工组织设计对于一个建设工程来说是必不可少的一项内容。它是实际施工中的一份具有指导性的文件，本施工组织设计是针对商丘市和飞社区17号楼住宅楼的工程概况，根据当地实际情况并在合同中规定出工期为600天。本设计主要内容是围绕工程施工的组织和管理问题展开,解决了工程在规划和实施的全部过程日常工作中的组织、部署、协调和工程技术等问题。对于本工程的工期、质量的目标、项目管理机构的人员设置及施工劳动力的组织、 施工进度的控制、机械设备的投入及施工周转以及材料的配备、文明施工安全技术解决方案、推行文明标准化施工、绿色安全施工，有效的保证了工程质量、进度、成本。同时也希望通过本设计能使工程可以更加顺利的完成。 关键词：施工组织 施工质量 绿色施工 安全 文明 ABSTRACT Construction organization design is an essential content for a construction project. It is a guiding document in the actual construction. This construction organization design is aimed at the project overview of residential building no. 17 in shangqiu city and fei community. The construction period is 600days according to the local actual situation and stipulated in the contract. This design mainly focuses on the organization and management of engineering construction, and solves the problems of organization, deployment, coordination and engineering technology in the whole process of planning and implementation. For the goal of this project time limit for a project, quality, project management institutions set and the construction of labor organization, construction schedule control, mechanical equipment investment and construction of equipment, and material civilization construction safety technology solutions, implementation of standardized construction, green safety civilization construction, guarantee the engineering quality, progress and cost effective. At the same time, I also hope that the project can be completed more smoothly through this design.
