Date 意为“日期”，指某事件发生的具体日期，不同于 day“天，白天”。 What day 专门用 来询问星期几，而 what’s the date 专门用来询问日期。答语一般都用 It 作主语来回答。在询问 未来星期几或日 期时，一般不用将来时，而常用一般 现在时。如： -- what’s the date tomorrow? 明天几号？ -- It ’s May 18th, 2020. 明天是 2020 年的 5 月 18 号。 注意：对于过去时间的提问， is 要改为 was。 --what was the date the day before yesterday --It was October 1st. 噢，你的生日就要来到了。 本句中的  is coming  属于用现在进行时表示一般将来时的结构。  Come属于表示位置移动的词， 其他表示位置移动的动词还有  go，  arrive  ，  leave  ， move， start  等，这些动词也有类似用法。 如： 3.
