It takes Yunnan large-leaf sun-cured tea leaves as materials. There are the fermented and unfermented teas. Tea make through natural fermentation is unfermented tea while that fermented tea could gradually turn into the fermented tea after a long-term natural fermentation. 普洱茶是云南特有的名茶,是以云南大叶种的鲜叶为原料加工而成的,有生熟之分。通过自然发酵制成的为生茶,经过人工发酵(渥堆)制成的为熟普。生茶经过长时间的自然发酵也能转化成熟茶。 Unfermented Pu’er Tea 普洱生茶 3. Quality characteristics Shape: tight strips with white fuzz, dark green color, the color turns brown with time passing by. Liquid: bright and light green.
