There are the following problems: physical education teachers have too many concurrent courses, their majors are not in line with each other, and there is a serious shortage of full-time physical education teachers. Physical education teachers have more than the standard weekly class hours and heavy workload. Physical education teachers do not enjoy any treatment. Physical education research in three village schools lags behind seriously, which restricts the development of physical education in rural primary schools. According to the analysis of the survey results, the paper puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to promote physical education in Jinggu County of Puer City, which provides theoretical reference for the reform and development of physical education in Jinggu County of Puer City..
