2013年小学教师继续教育个人学习计划 谭永会 一、指导思想： 为了提高本人的政治业务素质和教育教学能力，通过各种方式，学习 新的教育理论，学习先进的教学经验，学习先进的教育教学方法。在学习中不 断更新教育理念，掌握科学的教育方法，使自己的工作真正做到面向全体学生, 促进学生的全面发展，为学生终身发展做更多更有益的工作。特拟定个人学习 计划： 二、学习目标： 通过学习，进一步激发对人民教育事业的热爱，更加深刻理解新课标理 念，把握新时期学生生理、心理特点，不断获取本学科的最新知识和信息，熟 悉所任学科教材内容，掌握先进的教学方法，提高教育教学能力，使自己适应 新时期教育教学工作需要。 三、具体措施: 认真学习领会新课程，掌握自己所任学科的专业特点，善于思考，养成 多思多想多写的习惯，做的最优化要落实到学的最优化，形成自己的教学风格。 认真做好学校各项日常教学常规工作，抓好教学质量，继续培养学生各方面良 好的习惯。勤于反思，在总结经验中完善自我。基本功方面不间断地练习提高。 积极使用现代信息技术。 三、培训内容: 以《新时期师德教育》“师德教育”培训；以《新课程推进中的问题及 反思》为主的“新理念”培训；以《校本研修面对面》和《新课程理念下的创 新教学设计》为主的“新课程”培训；以《教育技术培训教程》为主的“新技 术”培训。 四、 学习、培训活动安排 1、 集中学习培训 按照学校《培训计划》，准时参加学校组织的集中学习培训，认真做好学 习笔记；虚心接受授课教师的辅导；认真完成授课教师布置的作业；积极参加 专题讨论和管理者培训、培训者培训、骨干教师培训、学科骨干教师培训等专 项培训活动；按时参加省统一考试。 2、 自主学习 利用空闲时间自学，认真做好笔录，按时完成作业。 五、 达到的目标 1、 努力完成学习任务，按时参加省统一考试，力争取得好成绩。 2、 通过集中培训、自主学习、专项活动、专题讨论、师德论坛、案例分 析、自我反省，对照检查、撰写心得体会等形式，树立正确的社会主义荣辱观， 从而更加爱岗敬业、乐于奉献、关爱学生，使自己具备良好的思想政治素质和 职业素养。 When you are old and grey and full of sleep, And no ddi ng by the fire, take down this book, And slowly read, and dream of the soft look Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep; How many loved your mome nts of glad grace, And loved your beauty with love false or true, But one man loved the pilgrim soul in you.
