小学教育-小学生课后服务实施现状的调查研究——以厦门市为例论文.doc

PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 小学生课后服务是通过“政府购买服务”“财政补贴”“家长委员会委托”等方式对参与课后服务的学校、教师给予适当补贴，帮助家长解决不能及时接送孩子放学的难题。文章运用文献研究法和调查问卷法，以厦门市同安区有进行课后服务试点的公立小学为研究对象，发放调查问卷了解厦门市同安区课后服务的实施现状。结果表明：大多数家长对课后服务目的和服务时间有错误的了解、学校对课后服务工作不够重视，课后服务内容单一、教师的工作压力增大。因此，针对课后服务存在的问题，提出了政府应完善课后服务保障制度、学校应落细落实课后服务工作、家长和学校要明确课后服务目的，提升课后服务质量。 关键词：小学生；课后服务；厦门市 PAGE PAGE IV Abstract After-school service for primary school students is to give appropriate subsidies to schools and teachers participating in after-school service through government purchase service, financial subsidy and entrustment of parents committee to help parents solve the problem of not being able to transport their children to and from school in time. By using the methods of literature research and questionnaire, this paper takes the public primary schools in Tong an District of Xiamen City, which have carried out the after-school service pilot, as the research object, and issues the questionnaire to understand the implementation status of the after-school service in Tong an District of Xiamen City. The results show that most parents have a wrong understanding of the purpose and time of after-school service, schools do not pay enough attention to after-school service, the content of after-school service is single, and the pressure on teachers is increasing. Therefore, in view of the problems existing in after-school service, the government should improve the after-school service guarantee system, schools should implement after-school service in detail, parents and schools should clarify the purpose of after-school service and improve the quality of after-school service.
